Chocolate. Bourbon. Cream. Would it be cliché to call this the Holy Trinity? Probably not to an epicurean. Leopold Bros. Straight Bourbon added to fully-fermented forastero cacao from the Republic of Ghana, with some sweet cream from Kentucky. Noble and untroubled.

Ingredients: cacao, cane sugar, sweet cream milk solids, cocoa butter, bourbon whiskey, sunflower lecithin, vanilla beans.
