Sicilian Trapani sea salt sprinkled onto a base of forastero cacao from the Republic of Ghana. A traditional and timeless dark chocolate made from rich, fully-fermented beans. Deep and sustained classic chocolate flavors throughout, with subtle layers of cherries and honey.
