Straight Bourbon

We added a hearty pour of Leopold Bros. Straight Bourbon to fully-fermented forastero cacao from the Republic of Ghana. Reminiscient of warm chocolate chip cookies, with caramel and oak. No concentrates or extracts—just cacao, cane sugar, and straight American bourbon.

Cacao: 70%
