Spirit Bitters

Traditionally, a dash or two of bitters are typically added to cocktails, such as the well-known Manhattan, to add flavor, complexity, and depth. And, yes, chocolate bitters are what chocoholics have been missing from their cocktails for far too long. But our chocolate bitters shouldn't be limited to just drinks, as perhaps our favorite way to enjoy them is by drizzling a little over a scoop of vanilla ice cream, like adult chocolate sauce.  They are also wonderful in baked goods. Our chocolate bitters are made from roasted nibs and distillated spirits. Do not attempt to drink bitters straight--they are far too concentrated and, well, bitter. f
