Forastero cacao from the Mataswalevu Cocoa Farm, located on the Fijian island of Vanua Levu. The chocolate version of an oatmeal cookie, with sweet notes of caramel and dried fruits like raisins & pears. A long & nutty finish with very little acidity or bitterness.
