Venezuela Ocumare 2014

Rare criollo cacao from the Ocumare de la Costa Valley of Venezuela. Bright lavender and jasmine blossoms segue into a sustained nutty finish. A surprisingly robust chocolate backbone for a criollo cacao, with very little bitterness and light acidity.
